* Order of Conditions - obtained on November 21st 2024

* MEPA Review - EENF in the Environmental Monitor on February 26, 2025, SEIR anticipated to be in the Environmental Monitor on June 11, 2025 or June 25, 2025. Link here for further info.

* Chapter 91 - to be submitted Summer 2025.

* US Army Corps of Engineers General Permit - to be obtained prior to outfall installation.

* NPDES Construction General Permit - to be obtained prior to construction.

CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE:

* Start of Construction - Spring 2026

* Completion of Construction - Summer 2027

* Building/Site Open - Fall of 2027
